Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hypo Herbs, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
